Logon Policy for user through SCM

Hi ,

 I am using SCM and creating custom settings for workgroup systems.  I want that 1 logon script should run on the system when user logs into the system.

 Generally we can set it by going 'User Configuration  | Windows Settings | Scripts (Logon\Logoff). If I try to find this I am not able to get thin in SCM templates. I can see only 'User Configuration | Administrative Templates'.

any pointers will be appreciated to have logon policy build through SCM.
