SCM Vs SCW

Hi all,

Any body knows the differences between SCM (security compliance management ) and SCW (security configuration wizard)?

These two present some settings for DHCP server, but when I compare for example, WS2008R2SP1 DHCP Server Security Compliance 1.0 with the exported policy from SCW, they are so different. I want to know which one to prefer?
