Unable to export "Win7SP1 User Security Compliance" as "SCCM DCM 2007.cab" file

Hi,

I am unable to export the default "Win7SP1 User Security Compliance" as "SCCM DCM 2007.cab" file. Why is this happening?

So to workaround, I tried to export to SCM.cab file but it does not allow me to import this cab to SCCM2012 but it's throwing me the error "Configuration pack contains invalid document not compliance with Configuration Item digest schema".
