Active Directory Claims Wizard export problem

Hi,

Using the Active Directory Claims Wizard in the Microsoft Data Classification Toolkit, after it scans AD, founds (2 in my case) claims that have each 0 suggested values (wrong, in fact they have already several), it creates the excel file.

Trying to open the excel file in Excel 2011 or 2013, it shows this error: "We found a problem with some content in 'the excel.xlsx' file. Do you wantus to try to recover as much aswe can? ...

Indeed, the values are empty in the displayed excel file. If I then add some values and then using the same tool upload them to AD, it will work and add those values to the existing ones (expected behavior).

So can We and Us please help fixing this?
