Wasn't sure where to note this error. When exporting Local GPO policies using the /export /path: there is a fault that happens which makes the backup unable to import into SCM 2.5. The error is when a value has a space within the GptTmpl.inf file. I think that the fault is in reading the registry value which turns out to be null and an additional space is entered after the comma. In the below the entry would be (3,1) in a good working GPO Export where in the faulty templates are (3, ) with a space after the comma.
