portable LocalGPO for computer security audit

Hi,

I would like to audit/check the security of a computer.

My idea is to have a portable app that will export all the security configuration from a computer (stand alone or server) and then be able to compare the content to one of Microsoft SCM templates.

The app has to be portable as it is not my organisation computer but.

I have tried to do use LocalGPO but it does not generate as much info than the templates in SCM (and it is not portable since in must be installed on the audited computer).

does anyone have a solution for this?
