Secedit support server 2019

Hi

I understand that MS is about to enc support for the SCM (for example https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/secguide/2017/06/15/security-compliance-manager-scm-retired-new-tools-and-procedures/). We have used secedit in our 2016 servers, to apply security definitions with INF file. However, 'secedit' is a part of the SCM toolkit. What do I need to do in 2019 servers? Is this command still fully functional?

Thanks.
